During asign up or enquiry, we’ll collect the following personal information when supplied by you, the customer:
Your name, telephone number, email and enquiries
Why We Collect it We believe the lawful basis to collect client data is your legitimate interest in our product: refined art. We collect details for the following reasons:
*To inform you of new releases of original and limited edition works of art and special events, such as exhibitions, artist appearances and collaborative artistic projects.
Storage and sharing The above details are stored on our encrypted password and firewall protected servers. This is a purely internal records system for processing transactions and storing the above details confidentially.
In addition, we may share this personal information with the following third parties; if required to handle enquiries further, process transactions and deliver your artwork:
MailChimp (email services we use to send our newsletters)
Galleries (who hold works you as the client is interested in as they handle the sales and transactions)
Courier companies
Sharing this information would only be with your consent.
Finally, we use an industry-standard opt-in marketing email system to send emails relevant to clients’ interests. This may be unsubscribed to at any time, via an unsubscribe button at the footer of each email.
